The staff at Simply Sound & Vision are always very helpful, friendly and give great advice - both in person and over the phone. I've been to their demo room (tea and coffee provided), and have purchased several pieces of kit from them over the last year. All the Sonos kit they supply is awesome - I'm so happy with everything I've purchased, and any issues (which have been minor) were sorted out instantly.I'm lucky to live near them, so my orders have been delivered and set up on the same day, sometimes within minutes - Simply Unbeatable!Thanks guys!

Having been told by Sonos that I would have to wait until Atleast the 21st May for delivery of my Arc, I happened to come by Simply Sound and Vision on the internet and what a little gem!!Dealing with Andy was an absolute pleasure. Extremely polite and Helpful, I explained to him the circumstances. he honoured the military discount Sonos offered from the original transaction and within hours I had conformation that my Arc would be delivered in the next couple of days. Extremely quick, no hassle transaction. Top man Andy! Thank you. I will never step foot in a Curry’s again and will be coming to you for all tech enquiries!

Great service both before the purchase and after. The staff are very knowledgeable and are always happy to help. We bought a Sonos multi room system from them a couple of years ago and have added to it since. We'll be talking to them next about their smart home solutions. Would highly recommend them for service and competitive prices.

I was invited for a 2nd interview, spent 2 hours of my time there. The owner asked me ridiculous questions. I originally applied to a web content manager role and he was asking me questions like how do I double the company turnover"I dont think hes aware of what the role hes hiring for entails because that was clearly a CEO question

In an age where genuine service is a rarity, Simply Sound and Vision genuinely stand out from the crowd. I purchased two wireless speakers and have been very impressed with the personal service (the second speaker being delivered to me in person) and the after sales support. I had a slight issue with the two speakers, and having spoken with the manufacturer (who was useless btw), I spoke to Simply Sound and Vision. Their approach was excellent; they put forward a solution to resolve and made it happen, keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront, throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending SS&V and will be using them again, knowing that in the unlikely event that things do go wrong, unlike many others, they won’t go missing.

Have been dealing with Simply Sound & Vision over the last 2 years when I was looking for a local company to make sense of what I had purchased from an AV perspective with much advice from a variety of companies but no one to really pull all my asks together...At that stage I spoke to Hussein who came over to see me. Firstly he asked about what I wanted in a system and suggested a great starting point and he was amazing in making use of almost all I had bought.He was clear and concise and gave me a variety of affordable options and full integration of Control4. The install did not go to plan as running of cables were done by my builders but yet again Hussein solved all my issues without even breaking a sweat.Really know his way around home automation and I really would not hesitate to contact Simply Sound. I'm already planning upgrades for next year.The support that Hussein has given me over the last 2 years has been absolutely faultless; I always seem to have issues over a weekend and if Hussein is available he contacts me immediately else first thing in the morning he'll be on the phone to resolve the issue without delay. Fantastic company to deal with. I have purchased equipment for two whole houses plus a car dealership and the advice I have been given by Simon and Kris has been perfect every time. They are interested in getting the customer the right product rather than just getting a sale. Price is great too, Although I purchase products from these guys because of the service and advice they provide, the price has always been competitive. Great that this independent business thrives in what I’m sure is a very competitive market place. Great service once again. Thank you once again.
