I do not believe the lowest rating given , because Rachel is not a racist type of lady. She attends to all nationalities of people in Hounslow, who come to her flower stall with a big smile, and she will spend time with you on purchase if you need knowledge about the flowers or plants. That shows her customers care with attention. I can tell you that for facts. She is Queen of flowers herself from Peter Patel

I am terrified. I bought roses, saw that they were rotten, asked to change. Changed. I came home and saw what was inside in the web, and in the mold. Be careful, check the flowers before buying.

Extremely unhelpful tall woman with what looks like a cubic zirconia in her teeth. I wanted to buy a few plants and asked her advice and she was extremely disinterested. So much so that I walked away and made my purchase elsewhere. I found another florist who were extremely helpful and I purchased a number of new plants. They will now be my first choice and `I shall recommend them to all.

Just received the rose I have ordered I must say very nice and good quality of the flowers .Thumbs up and 5star highly recommended I am sure u won't get disappointed.
