spoke with TONY, great friendly guy/service 10/10I needed a black cab as I needed rom for a wheel chair.....I was also attending Our Son's Wedding in the centre of Manchester on a busy Saturday......Tony sent another great guy DAVE who arrived a few minutes earlier than booked as he knew it was going to be busy getting into Manchester at that time..(he was correct) Thank You Dave!We arrived on time.....:) 10/10Nice, clean Black Cab, & friendly service from start to finish!10/10

New to the area, I had a disastrous experience with another taxi company. One day in torrential rain, I used Bond from Altrincham station, all was fine. Have used them again last Feb - driver Jimmy - & last night - driver Rob, both for return journeys. Excellent service, on time, friendly, good drivers & I felt safe. Thank you guys!

Booked an airport pickup at 5am. Did not show. Did not answer phone. Ended up getting an Uber and rushing at the airport. Avoid at all costs

Very reliable and good service for a fair price. Fast and easy booking (I went to Manchester airport), driver came right on time in the morning, easy very friendly and helpful. I can only recommend.

Although I pre-booked the week before, I doubled checked and called day before. Luckily I did, as I should have been given a price beforehand to confirm acceptable before officially booked. Just wasn't clear on the outset when call was originally taken. Other than that my booked cab arrived 5 mins early and all was fine.

I cancelled a taxi and he told me to call someone else next time and was very rude about it. Yes I cancelled last minute but it comes as part of the job. I used someone else a week later for a £60 fair which he could have had.
