Derwent Damp Proofing
Derwent Damp Proofing completed the work as they described in the quote (and some stuff not in the original quote) to an extremely high standard. Nigel, James and Ash were professional and polite, explaining what they were doing and why. The plastering was excellent leaving our kitchen ready for new units to be fitted. Despite the unavoidable mess of removing old plaster, they left the place clean and tidy. Wholeheartedly recommend. Will definitely use again if we need more damp work doing.

It would have been nice if Nigel could have been bothered to actually show up at the agreed upon time, or even at the very least respond when i tried to contqct him. Instead, I got repeatedly sent to voicemail and have still not heard back from anybody. Very poor customer service to arrange an appointment and then ghost the customer.

Really happy with Derwent Damp Proofing. Nigel, Jim and Richard were friendly and efficient and did a great job. Everything was done within the timescales they had set, they cleaned up after themselves and charged a fair price for the hard work they did. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very pleased with the work carried out by Derwent Damp Proofing. They turned up exactly when they said they would - for the estimate and for the work - and did a great job. Nigel, James and Ash were courteous and friendly, cracked on with their work, kept the place tidy (not easy when hacking off plaster and skimming walls), great finish to their plastering, and completed bang on time. Very down-to-earth and friendly company, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend (and have already done so!)

Derwent Damp Proofing
Used Derwent damp proofing to line a storage area that was not useable due to lack of water proofing . They always arrived on time and completed the work in the time scale quoted and they are very well priced.Plastering was perfect, ready ready for painting and they were very clean and all the rubbish was taken away.I would highly recommended Nigel, James and Ash, great workmanship and a really nice bunch of guys.

The plastering was excellent leaving the walls ready for decorating. They removed the old plaster and left the place clean. A good company to employ.

Nigel and James are an honest, hard working team . They helped resolve a difficult situation at our property with water ingress, and installed an industry standard tile drain and sump pump system. Their work was of high quality and they communicated really well with us so that we were fully informed of their progress whilst on the job. They are a very tidy and professional pair, ensuring that their work space was kept respectable. They understood the stresses that water damage causes on a household, and were genuinely interested in finding a solution to the problem we experienced. They come highly recommended from us for completing a great job.
