Top Service and good price for lighting. Fittings were delivered within 2 days of call. Very courteous on phone, I will definitely use again.

Very poor company to deal with.Very poor customer service. Not helpful when you have a problem with an item when you return it as it arrived faulted. Waited weeks for a part refund back. But because the item was faulty and I wasn’t in need of a replacement. They won’t refund postage.

Avoid this company. Falsely advertised ‘dimmers’ on their website. It turns out that these were dummy dimmers and only switched on and off. This was not stated anywhere on the product listing. They make the returns process difficult insisting on a phone call where the owner argued that they do dim. After sending video evidence, the owner realised that ours and the others in stock were in fact, dummy dimmers. Should have been provided a full refund immediately as the product sold was not as described and the sale was in violation of the consumer contracts regulation. Still have not received a refund. Mega waste of time and money. There are dozens of other online electric stores - I would strongly advise that you use one of these if you want to receive a product that matches the listing and you don’t want to get messed around.

Always great service from ETC.Emailed them a list of the things I needed and they respond quickly. Most items generally in stock for delivery or collection. Have had deliveries and collected from them. Always stress free and accurate. Thank you.

Good choice and availability of Schneider products I was looking for, competitive pricing, very quick delivery, friendly customer service. Can’t ask for more, bought all my sockets here.

A terrible experience. Ordered three Crabtree Platinum sockets. One of them had clearly been opened, used and returned by another Customer. When challenged, the owner of ETC flatly denied that the goods could possibly have been used, despite clear evidence to the contrary (terminal screws chewed, others ratting around in package). I then had to send the goods back at my own expense, whereupon he had the gall to refuse to refund the cost of carriage BOTH WAYS! A massive waste of my time and money. AVOID at all costs!!

Good fast delivery. Items well packed and as ordered. Items also reasonably priced. Would use again and recommend.

Needed a few small items in a hurry, paid nearly double the price of the items to have them shipped with a before 12 delivery and despite receiving notification of delivery they didn’t show up! They did arrive the following day but when I asked ETC why I had paid extra for express delivery no one came back to me. This was a DPD issue but it was ETC who charged for delivery then didn’t really want to deal with it.

Excellent service. Correct items delivered and within 24hrs if ordered before time cut off on previous day.Would certainly use again.
