Shocking Service. For £40k expect... No communication...long delays in what is promised. Don't explain anything. Spend a considerable amount of time wasted trying to get results to get nowhere. Overpriced and under achieving..... Look elsewhere like SGS for cheaper quicker service or British Standards.

Disappointing Service with very poor communication and organisation. Test results presented in three different ways and with no explanation on the end results. Would not spend money there again!

This place absolutely stinks at times. Perhaps they should higher their chimneys as not to affect local residents health.
