I approached Darren at Bejouled Wedding Rings with a request that was both important and emotional for me. My mum recently passed away and I wanted a special ring made in memory of her, I also wanted to use both my Gran's rings as they had worn quite significantly and I was at risk of losing the diamonds. Darren was patient, understanding and professional. He very quickly understood what I was looking for and made the entire process less emotional. Yesterday I collected my ring and Darren has made the most fantastic job of it. It is beautiful and of very high quality. Absolutely over the moon with my new engagement ring. Had lost the original stone and came to Darren via recommendations and I am so happy I did. He was able to take my old ring and include it the new ring and I now have a beautiful new ring to enjoy. Fabulous customer service and nothing was too much bother. A really personal service from beginning to end (including advice on insurance) where any text or email with questions was replied to very quickly. Darren really took the time to make sure everything I (and my partner) wanted was done to an exceptionally high standard. I can't thank Darren enough for remodeling 3 rings I had ,the wishbone ring was fashioned into a softer curve which sits beautifully with my engagement ring .the other two were designed and made by Darren into the most outstandingly beautiful ring it is gorgeous ,Thank you so much Darren your so talented
