KD Fit

I've been a member of KD fit for a year and a half now and can honestly say its the longest I've stuck at fitness! KD has helped me achieve my fitness goals when I had started to give up on ever being able to do it. The atmosphere is amazing and it's the friendliest group I've been a part of. The new facility is brill, there are so many classes to go to and you can use the facilities in your own time too. Best decision I ever made to join KD fit. The coaches Kieran and Carina are fab, they make you feel welcome and put you at ease If your a bit nervous. They know when to push you if needed. I highly recommend KD fit, you won't regret joining!

Great gym community. There's a large range of different classes that are for everyone of all abilities. Everyone is really supportive.

A fantastic facility. A good range of classes everyday to try out. There is also open studio for those who wants to workout on the own. Friendly people and amazing atmosphere. Absolutely recommend this to whoever wants to get fit or even to meet new people.

I needed to get back into exercise for health reasons and chose KD Fit because of the Beginners Circuits and the positive reviews. Everyone has been welcoming and there is a great choice of classes. It's a supportive atmosphere at the classes with options for all fitness levels so you dont feel left out. I look forward to each classI like the system for booking the classes too. Very easy.
