Great help!Was passing through with my children on a 3 hour journey, when had a tyre pressure warning light come up. I pulled up and they got my car in and out within an hour of me being there and back on the road safe again!Excellent customer service and experience with them.

Half way through a 5 hour journey a warning pops up on the dash. Pulled in to this garage and problem fixed within 10 minutes - great service and top blokes!

Exceptional service and attention to customer requirements. We hit a rock on the motorway on our way to Dartmoor for a weekend. Thankfully the garage fitted us in, got us a tyre and had us back on the road in 60 mins. The team were fantastic, you can get great customer service sometimes, and this garage epitomises that. Friendly, Trustworthy, efficient Garage.Drove 100 miles to visit family here in Devon and my rear wheel gave off a terrible burning smell.On a Saturday, I was worried there would be no garages to check the problem.Honiton Garage was available and gave brilliant service to help solve this emergency.Special mention to Gavin and his Son for their great service.

Recently in Honiton, 300 miles from home to attend a family funeral. We hit a pothole near the Golf Club. Sorry EDDC, your roads are appalling compared to North Lincolnshire. However we were more concerned about driving home worrying about possible damage and any safety issues with the car.We contacted several garages, all of which said come back next week. Honiton garage were different. They understood our dilemma and said to bring the car in next morning. We fid, and the car was checked within yhe jour. A clean hill of health was given and No CHARGE. A breath 9f fresh air . Great service guys. Wish my local garage was like you.

Excellent service from Honiton garage. Complete brake failure on our Motorhome. Brake pipe split,RAC arranged recovery to this garage, didn't arrive till 6pm when they were supposed to be closing, but they stayed over till 9pm to do the repairs and get us on our way.Even offered us the opportunity to park up for the night on their premises. Brilliant company and staff would recommend to anyone.Thanks guys.

One of the most friendliest garages I’ve ever been to, we are from Sheffield and was on a family holiday in Cornwall and then heading to Basingstoke to see family, had a little hick up with the car on the road and this was the closest garage. We was thinking the worse as lost power and was very noisy pulled up at 1645 On a Friday and a gentlemen on the front desk didn’t even hesitate to ask one of the lads to have a look. It was up on the ramp in a matter of minutes and luckily was just a broken clip on the boost pipe which had come lose and he quickly sorted it for me and sent us on our way the lads was super friendly and hoped we enjoyed the rest of our holiday. Life savers

While holidaying near Honiton the engine fault light came on my Landover late in the afternoon. After Googling , I was recommended Honiton Garage. Not wanting to drive too far with an engine fault I just dropped in. Expecting a standard 'we are very busy' answer I was very pleasantly surprised by the guy on reception who said 'let's what we can do' and immediately found an engineer. The engineer went to find a diagnostic kit and quickly identified the issue, effected a temporary fix to enable us to drive back home. Importantly he also explained in detail the issue and solution giving me confidence in his repair.Fabulous service. Thoroughly recommend Honiton Garage
