No warranty support provided, claim new machines with identical failures are due to misuse.Do not deal with this supplier, there are plenty of alternatives who offer real customer care and honour warranties.

R And R Machinery Cupar Fife have just supplied a Honda HRX537HZ to my home and this is possibly the best customer service I have received from any companyThis started by me dropping in to their Cupar branch in Fife talking to Mike about buying a lawnmowerAfter discussing my requirements he suggested the Honda HRX537HZ due to the additional electric start functionI told him I would think about the Honda and let him know what my decision was and I gave him a call to go ahead with the orderThey delivered the lawnmower ready for use with a full tank of fuel then took the time to demonstrate how to use the lawnmowerWhilst it’s a bit early to say much about the Honda HRX537HZ except that it’s a very powerful lawnmower and a lot better than my last Brigs and Stratton unitFrom the start to delivery everything was so professionally processed and completedTheir customer service was amazing and I would have to say a way better than most businessesThank you Mike and the Rob for you assistance and I strongly recommend your company and serviceA very highly recommended company and service

Ordered a Stihl saw. In stock online. After 5 phone calls and nobody returning calls i went through paypal for a refund. Apparently it wasn't in stock. All it would have taken was an email or phone call to let me know. Disgusting customer service (or lack of).
