Everything was explained thoroughly and Tilly had excellent treatment the same day. Receptionist Jude was lovely and didn’t rush me at all and spent time with me going the the credit process, reassuring me constantly as I was very emotional. Thanks to everyone involved with Tilly care, very much appreciated

My dogs on medication all the time and needs reviewed every 6 month which is fine and is policy of vets for pets but what I am not doing is paying a ridiculous consultation fee for a vet to do nothing what so ever to our dog to check him over because he is nervous and ask us questions on how he is doing. This could be done over the phone for free.

Went to Cramlington as we couldn't get in to see our dogs usual vet. Vet said our dog needed hospitalisation or reviewing every other day and prescribed 4 lots of medication which was excessive.The vet never even looked at our dogs medical records that our vet sent them.Took our dog to her usual vet 2 days later who wasn't overly concernedand & said there was no need for hospitalisation.Cramlington charged over x2 our dogs normal vet fees, charged for medication we didn't recieve and billed us twice for consultation fees. When we rang to query the charges we got a refund.Wouldn't go back.

I would give twenty five stars to this wonderful practice if I could.I have had my animals registered here for a few years now, and have found every single member of staff I have spoken to, to be friendly, courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for them. Last week they surpassed themselves.Last Wednesday morning I lifted my (healthy) dog into my car, and out of the blue, completely unexpectedly, he had a massive seizure. I raced him to the vets and almost ran through the shop with him. I don't think I'm allowed to name names, so - One receptionist ran to meet me, and grabbed my dog, while the other receptionist alerted the nursing staff. He was taken through to the clinic where he was put on a drip. The seizure had made him poop in the car, so I ended up wearing some of it. The reception staff were wonderful helping me to get cleaned up and they helped calm me down a bit.The vet managed to stabilise my dog, who had had a stroke - I'm convinced she saved his life - and she admitted him to the clinic. I was then sent home while he was treated.Wait for this - Before I left I asked if the staff had a spare plastic bag and some paper roll so I could clean my car a bit until I got home. Instead - one of the nurses kitted herself up, came outside with me - and cleaned my car for me! She cleaned my car ! I'm beyond speechless!Later that day I returned to collect my dog as he was being transferred to Moorview. I discovered that another of the nurses had sat with him for the whole time, from when he was first admitted in the morning, until mid afternoon when I collected him to take him to Moorview. He received absolutely first class treatment the whole time he was there.I would like to say a huge thank you to each and every member of staff at Vets4Pets, Cramlington. I will be for ever grateful for what they did for my dog and for me.What an amazing team. They're all an absolute credit to their profession.

My dog was very sick, she thew up all over the waiting room, receptionist quickly sorted it out and made sure we didn’t worry.Vet was lovely and tried her best to calm my dog down and comfort her due to her being scared while getting checked out. Gave multiple options on how we could treat her!Treatment helped very quickly and visit to the vets the next day the next vet we saw was happy with how she was recovering.

The vets and nurses were brilliant and caring. Always made to feel reassured and informed. Great team

Terrible, poorly cat off her food and hardly moving for 4 days, was told cat cat needed xray as she had a lump and was gonna be almost £900, if i couldnt afford it would be better to put her to sleep, took her elsewhere and they gave her an injection for a suspected bug and in 2 days she's running about and eating like normal, so pleased I didn't go back to vets for pets, I'll never go there again ever

Witnessed a hedgehog being attached by magpies today and left in a really bad way. Rang and was told to bring it in and they would do their best to help. Sadly it didn’t make it but they tried. Thank you for caring.

Amazing staff, took care of my dog and what ever issuse were having knew exactly what was up and only after a couple of days of treatment can see massive improvements already. Highly recomend these vets. So happy

Very professional and helpful staff. My first litter of Ragdoll kittens were well looked after. Great place.
