Crendon House

The service I have received from Crendon House has been excellent from everyone within the company. Initially, the teams had worked efficiently to progress the purchase of my properties and following this, Liz and her team have gone out of their way to make my experience as landlord a great one. She has been friendly, professional and always communicative with regards to viewings or any tenant-related or building issues which have come up. Given this challenging year, it has been a relief to work with a proactive and dedicated property management team. I highly recommend Crendon House.

James and the team at Crendon recently sold our house for us. They were absolutely fantastic and went well above my expectations with helping and guiding us through what turned out to be a very tricky, stressful and drawn-out process. Our house was online within a day and we had several viewings and offers within 24 hours! Once our house was SSTC, James provided excellent advice and was constantly talking to the other people and agents in the chain to ensure we got to a successful completion. James and the team are outstanding and great people to deal with.Having originally listed my house with a ‘High Street’ brand estate agent I was quick to see I had made an error.A phone call to Crendon House and two days later I had James come to my house and never looked back.James was excellent, discussed the sale and how things would work, the team came to the house to view prior to showing potential buyers which was great - No weekend staff who just rock up and open the door!House sold in record time and the service/updates after were top class.Gary for the mortgage was an added bonus after needing to remortgage, what better than to do it whilst in one office!Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James and Crendon House again and again - use a real estate agent who values their customers, not a company where you are a number of a forecast sheet.Matt

This estate agent is the best. They are the least judgemental, most kind, warm hearted, caring and attentive estate agents we have ever dealt with. We have rented from a lot of different estate agents and we have never been treated like we are humans before during that process. Crendon House are so much better than anywhere else we have rented through and from now onwards, I don't think we would use any other estate agents. Thank you so much to Mark and his team for changing our views of renting and making us feel safe and protected in our rental home. The lovely welcome to your home box when we moved in was also a wonderful little touch! :)

I have had very positive experiences of Crendon House over the last 3 years with me as a property purchaser and as a landlord. They have found me great tenants and been really helpful at renewals and in supporting me in resolving any issues with the property. I would definitely recommend them.

Crendon house has by far been my best experience for both buying/selling and letting a property. They are personable, reliable and quick to respond. I don't usually write reviews, but having had poor experiences with other agencies, I felt compelled to re affirm just how good this team is. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and they have been supportive and patient through a few new journeys for me, making the whole experience seamless. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the area.

We have recently completed on our new house. I was very impressed from the beginning to the end with the level of service and personal touch from both Liz and Emma. Both these two are a massive plus point for Crendon House. They took away the stresses of buying a house and I can honestly say it was not as difficult/stressful as i thought it was going to be.
