Endless errors, bad company ethics & simply zero care factors! Terribly cheap hotels for expensive prices! & nobody to complian to, other than powerless staff behind counter.Rooms are just outdated & perishing! It's clean & been cleaned, but obviously broken & in need of repairs

The room did not feel clean. Carpet grubby. You need to pay for WiFi. The people staying in the surrounding rooms were very loud all night. The walls are paper thin! I would not recommend this place for a good night's sleep before travelling.

This is a fairly abysmal place to stay for approximately £66 per night. The hotel is run down and not very clean. I had cobwebs in my room and my double bed was 2 singles pushed together and not properly connected, so i kept slipping down the middle. Staff at reception are friendly enough and breakfast was the only redeeming element. The location is run down and pretty filthy with a lot of litter surrounding the area. Avoid if you can afford to stay somewhere a bit nicer.

Overall the hotel was just what we needed and having been several times over the years since it first opened I've seen many changes to it's interior and the surrounding area.Much more developed since I first saw it as an old airfield and now full of apartments and industrial unitsAll very nice looking not the horrendous things you sometimes come accriss.Very pleasant area all together and the hotel and staff reflect that.The staff were very helpful when our room keys stopped working a couple of times and we were back in the rooms in a few minutes.I notices other guests taking dogs in so I see it's now a dog friendly hotel.The last time I stopped in this hotel there was a terrible smell of weed from our floor and this time I don't think it was weed but the smell was bad enough that a member of staff was wandering the corridors trying to pinpoint the source.Smell seemed to be much less when we returned later in the day.We didn't use the hotel to eat in as we needed to get out early on the first morning but decided to try the wetherspoons accross from the hotel for a meal when we got back. and it was excellent, and very nice insideSo hotel was perfect for what we needed and a big thankyou to the staff for keeping it looking it's best.I hope to be seeing you again the next time I'm heading towards London.

It was clean and tidy. No air con which in summer was awkward. No hair dryer which was also pretty poor. The neighbouring flats were noisy and you didn't feel safe leaving your car in the car park. Not really too bad as the presentation of the rooms, food and reception service was on the positive side of average.

The breakfast was inedible. There for two nights and tried to cancel breakfast for the second morning, but would let us. If you stay here, go room only. There's is a lovely Turkish restaurant that does a delicious breakfast for the same price, and opposite the hotel

Initially booked for two nights with full breakfast on both days. Unfortunately my plans fell short as did my stay. The room was excellent. Service faultless. A breakfast to die for. Well within easy reach of the town center. Definitely book again when the time is right. Highly recommend it.

Staff are rude, didn't even say hello on check in just gave us the key and thats it. Didn't have towels and the room was dirty, key wasn't working so changed 3 times, woken up at 3 from a staff member for telling us that there's noise coming from room but doesn't make sense as I was sleeping due to work

It is a very basic hotel. It would be nice to at least have a mini-refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was nice, but the waiters waited on us and it was very uncomfortable. The hotel is generally very stuffy.
