MD waste management ripped the telephone cable off my house whilst delivering a skip two doors down. It was left mostly to me to arrange for it to be reattached. It took four months and constant chasing for them to eventually come back with no apology and no offer of compensation to say that they were not going to do anything as a result of the major inconvenience and stress. Very disappointed with the inhuman response and lack of sympathy. Avoid this company at all costs - certainly will be and telling everyone I know to do the same thing.

Purely just of the recklessness of their drivers I will never use this company. One of their van drivers this morning at 8:45 with the reg of RE68VJG intentionally bullied my car out of the way as he had a big truck. Extremely unprofessional and dangerous causing me to have to slam on on a major 40mph road. Would not use or recommend.

INCOMPETENT & DANGEROUS skip hire company who fail to put right their mistakes!!We hired a large skip from MD waste management last year via the builder we had at the time. Upon collection of the full skip, the driver failed to connect one of the chains to the skip causing it to swing out and hit our wheelie bin into our fence panel, subsequently breaking the fence panel. Thankfully the wheelie bin took most of the force and our car was not parked in its usual place at the time of the incident, otherwise the damage could've been a lot worse. Likewise, if somebody had been standing nearby (which they had been shortly prior), their injuries could've proved fatal. In addition, the truck caused two holes in the pathway and road outside our garden, due to it not being positioned correctly given the weight of the skip.We were informed by the driver that the company would replace the broken fence panel, however we were still waiting for this replacement 3 weeks later. Thus I contacted the company to find out when they would be replacing the panel, and also informed them that the gate adjacent to the broken fence panel was no longer shutting properly since the incident. The company reported that they had spoken to the builder who ordered the skip (who we were no longer dealing with due to a disagreement) and he had told them that our gate never shut from the start (which was a complete lie), thus the company could not accept responsibility for the gate, but they would replace the fence panel by the end of the week. This never happened. I sent two further emails chasing up the replacement fence panel, but the company failed to respond. We never received the replacement panel.As such, I would strongly advise against using this company to hire a skip! The driver they sent out was incompetent and quite frankly dangerous, and the company failed to put right the damage he had caused, as well as having the audacity to check with the builder about the gate and insinuating that we were lying about the damage that had been caused - by a swinging skip!! AVOID!

Excellent service, turned up on time and collected the same working day!I would highly recommend them.

Great company and great service from start to finish everything explained very clearly from when i was getting my delivery and then when it was being collected to suit myself ,Very polite and helpfull driver as i needed the skip moving over 3 feet as i need to get my motorbike out and he was happy to oblige, and the lady i spoke to was very helpful will definitely use again and 100% recomend this company , well done MD waste
