Having recently had the need to use Isabel's services, I cannot begin to express the sincerity, empathy, compassion & warmth that she demonstrated at every stage in what is a difficult and emotional journey. Her personality and professionalism not only made this process as painless as possible but also helped with the grieving process.The service that was delivered was a warm and fitting tribute!I would highly recommend Isabel to anybody in need of her services!

Isabel gave a most wonderful,tender and moving service for the funeral of my son.The eulogy she put together was both meaningful and apt.Everyone attending said it was a beautiful service and beautifully read out.Thank you so much Isabel.....

Isabel is a very special person and we are so glad that she helped us through such a sad time with generosity of her time, insightfulness, humour and kindness. Isabel picked though all the stories we had, and came up with an amazing eulogy, it was as if she had know my Dad throughout his life.. Isabel conducted the service as we wanted, she listened to us and guided us with compassion and sincerity, we are all very grateful that Isabel came in to our lives at this time.

Sadly had to say fair well to Mum, Jan 10th 2023. She was a few days short of 95. So a good long life, full of laughter, love and happiness. Mum gave my sisters and I a brilliant upbringing. How do you adequately thank her memory? A difficult task but made so much easier by someone that cares. Isabel has a unique skill, she was able to turn tearful emotional day in to a lovely celebration of Mum. Can you enjoy a funeral? Obviously not. But, we did, we all thought Mum would have approved. Isabel took care of the eulogy and moderation for my father’s cremation service. Not only did the eulogy highlight my dads special moments and characteristics with all family members and friends, but Isabel speaks and writes with passion and care, which helped make the setting less painful. She managed to make us smile, when we thought we might never smile again. I really recommend Isabels services because of her passionate and caring, but still very professional work. Had the best experience with Izzy she didn’t create a wedding ceremony she created a love story she managed to capture everything me and Bob wanted!! In such a small amount of time she managed to have everyone locked into her story and not only were there tears there were lots of smiles and laughter, if you want a wedding to remember there’s no one else that could do a better job!! Wouldn’t change anything xx

Following the recent loss of our beloved dad, my sisters, mum and I asked Isabel to lead his funeral which resulted in a service which truly celebrated his life, his family and his sense of humour. The process of planning his eulogy, and the service itself was made so much easier by Isabel's interest in dad's story and ability to capture him in the words she used. We were able to include elements of fun, music and images which captured the joy that dad brought to the people in his life, and one guest commented that although she didn't really know my dad before the service, she left feeling she did.Moments that stand out for me were the little things that Isabel did, such as a comforting smile when emotions got the better of us, or when she used a triangle to punctuate the story of dad's childhood moment of fame on the radio!Speaking with those who attended the funeral, they all commented on what a wonderful service it was, that it was truly 'Dave' and although a sad moment in time, really brought home what a joyful, loving and fun person he was to us all.Thank you Isabel for celebrating our dad and supporting us with such compassion, joy and respect.
