This business has saved my life, I'm so lucky it's local to me. The amount of times I've had a last minute crisis with my outfits and they have tailored to perfection. I feel comfortable and confident coming into this shop, they are very friendly and welcoming and I always leave a happy customer!!!

We bought my daughter her prom dress online and the sizing was so wrong. We bought the dress to first choice Drycleaners with only a few days till her prom and she was able to help! She did an amazing job with a quick turnaround! So helpful and friendly and I highly recommend! Thank you so much for sorting her dress, she is very happy with the fit now!

Absolutely awful experience. My expensive Indian outfit was completely ruined. The fabric was originally beautifully soft and silky and was left hard and shriveled. The gold leaf print was all but destroyed. No one told me that there was an issue until I went to collect it (so its pointless taking a customers phone number at drop off). When I arrived they couldn't initially find it and then after some time it was found on the floor in the corner. After sending 2 letters of complaint there has been NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. There was no apology. I was told to tell the brand from whom I purchased the outfit to refund me and told I was being ridiculous when I said they had done nothing wrong and that having had the outfit dry cleaned before, I knew it could be done without any damage. Apparently the label stating it should be dry cleaned that we spoke about at drop off was false. The man at the counter kept telling me how a woolen pair of men's trousers were 'ruined' because of my outfit but could not explain why a white silk outfit was washed with woolen men's trousers. I may not run a dry cleaning service but even I know those 2 should not be washed together. A £300 outfit completely destroyed and the worst customer service ever. Don't waste your time, your money or cause yourself any heartache and stress by going here. There are better dry cleaners out there! I specifically asked for it to be available by a certain day as I was taking it to a wedding overseas and was left with 1.5 days to find another outfit to replace so I was out the cost of that too. Again, this place and the people that run it didn't bother apologising or offering any kind of compensation. Cannot believe how rubbish the service was.

I have been using first choice dry cleaners for almost 8 years and their services are always amazing. The staff are very friendly and professional. They also offer alterations which I have used a number of time and the results are always excellent. Highly recommend.

It was a very good experience for me there,I altered 4 jeans,1 reduced 3 inches the waist and 3 reduced 2 inches upto bell from the knees.All were good.Apart that I altered 2 school trousers of my son in that shop that too was super.I recommend the shop for any alterations and also appreciate the customer friendly behaviour of the shop owner.

Came in the morning for an alteration of suit I needed on the same day. They were very helpful to ensure my suit was altered within a few hours. Great experience and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I have been using First Choice Drycleaners for many years. Very friendly and professional service, my husbands suits always returned in immaculate condition. I also had an alteration made to a dress for a party and was very happy with the results. I would highly recommend.

Amazing and quick service..we have been using them for the last 20 years. They also do alterations /repairs of any kind plus taking up curatins and charges are reasonable. Very accomodating. Keep up the great work!!!!
