When you lose a loved one its one of the hardest things in life you will go through.We as a family would highly recommend Neville funerals of Dunstable, they are absolutely first class, nothing was to much trouble and very accommodating.Kerry is a special lady very professional, caring always there whether you need advice or someone to listen.Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, from flowers, tribute slide show, webcast for family members who couldn't attend the funeral, even a extra car for my brother in-law who is wheelchair bound.The Neville's team are all very professional and we as a family would like to thank them all for what they did to make our loss more bearable.

Kerry and James thank you for looking after mum and giving her the send-off she deserved. From the moment you took her into “your care”, to the horse carriage taking her to her final resting place, it was done with dignity and professionalism. I cannot thank you enough. On behalf of my whole family, I’d like to say a special thank you to Kerry. Today was my beloved Dad’s service and as sad as it was, it couldn’t have been more special. Not only was Kerry kind and compassionate to us as the family, she showed so much respect for my Dad while he was in her care. Little things like knocking on the door of his room before entering when we visited him. She had my mum’s needs in mind (she has Parkinson’s) throughout everything she planned and one final act of kindness was she helped button my mums coat after my Dad’s service. Little gestures that mean a lot during such a difficult time.

We unfortunately found ourselves in the situation of requiring an undertaker twice within a matter of months for loved ones.As Neville’s in Luton were very busy, we contacted the Dunstable branch and spoke with Kerry. Her communication was exceptional from word go. Everything we asked for was done quickly and with brilliant efficiency. We honestly could not have wished for better service. I would highly recommend Neville’s, but special thanks has to go to Kerry Dear who made two very difficult situations much easier to cope with.

Kerry and her team were very professional giving helpful advice and guidance. She was very efficient and kept in regular contact to support us which was very much appreciated. From the first meeting with James to arrange the funeral for my dad, through to the day of the funeral, the service, care and compassion shown to us was just faultless.James was patient as we asked many questions and was so kind to us all, especially mum, as we were guided through the decisions we needed to make.On the day it was so reassuring to have James there and his team were also excellent.
