This place is good for dry cleaning but absolutely terrible for clothing repairs. They butchered a really expensive coat, after 2 attempts at trying to not make it look like you sewed it yourself having no idea what you were doing. Don’t get anything that’s not trash clothes repaired or altered here they do terrible job.No I was having a great day until you wrecked my coat thanks. It’s nothing like we agreed, it’s messy / amateur. No need to be rude to your customers when you do a bad job. Just do better so customers are happy right.

Bespoke laundry service, professional, polite and friendly staff. Excellent alterations and garments repair service too. I had the cord stopper and string loop on the collar of my winter jacket replaced with a brand new and the torn elastic hanging hook repaired and they've done a spotless job. You can't trace the rethreading lines at all! Their duvet cleaning service is outstanding too. You get your duvet freshly cleaned in a fully sealed storage and carry bag, which you can store for months until reuse. I would certainly recommend them without any hesitation.

I wouldn't use them for wedding dress cleaning. I had mine cleaned with them recently. They said it would take 2-3 weeks, which i thought was because it was a specialist clean, and it was done in 2 days. When I picked it up there are still marks, dirt and pine needles from our wedding on the bottom of the dress. The lady said they tried their best to clean it but I don't understand how there is still things you can remove with your hand on the bottom of the dress if they actually tried to clean it properly. And there were no big stains, just dirt on the bottom from being outside. I'm not sure its much cleaner than it was when i brought it in to them. And they charged £160!
