What a great service!During a pandemic when we weren't able to visit my grnadmother of 98yrs as regularly as we would have liked, all the while, her dementia worsened and the risk of her falling increased, we decided to increase the care visits and not look into finding her care home accommodation, where we wouldn't be able to visit her and with there being a higher risk of Covid infection. Despite this, we couldn't always have someone there to make sure she was okay and hadn't fallen.Visyoo were able to supply and install a camera in all the rooms she uses regularly, which allowed us to keep a constant eye on her wellbeing, in the short time it has been installed, she has fallen three or four times and each time, we have seen and responded within 30mins, greatly diminishing the distress to gran and the worry to us.The result of all this is that gran can keep her independance for as long as possible and we can be reasured that she is both safe and that the carers are attending on time and giving the care she needs. An all round great result and one I would recommend to anyone.Also, on top of this, Visyoo installed all th cabling in the loft including a 4G router, because there was no WiFi at the property, which is on a monthly rolling contract, so no long term comitments in terms of cost.

Just gotten off the phone to Adam at Visyoo and he's helped me set up remote backups for my CCTV over the phone in the space of minutes. A really helpful chap, and clearly knows his stuff. Highly recommended
