APEX BOXING is a great place with equally great coaches and members. From getting fit to boxing competitively, apex covers the needs of each individual. I’ve been a member for some years and have just recently introduced my children to the club. Apex teaches the core values of boxing as well as the skill sets at grass roots level.Always a good atmosphere from the little thumpers right through to the team boxers. Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend this boxing academy high enough. As a 56 year old woman, I fancied having a go, and I am so pleased I did! Harry and his team and brilliant, encouraging you all the way, but making sure you do it correctly. Boy, it is hard work but we laugh all the way through. I cannot get enough, and if you are thinking about giving it a try, I would say what have you got to lose? Best thing i did xxx
