Avoid like they avoid your calls.never answers calls when they do it's a non Speaking person who hasn't got a clue about what project we talking about. The stress theses caused is out of the roof.

I have been most impressed with this company not only for the windows but for the service, there products are exceptional and the level of service is brilliant, I have had bi fold windows, glass lantern and a full glass bay, i would recommend this company 10 times over. they also provide good advice on building works. they operate from a central depot and have full sales and manufacturing capability so wont disappear or outsource your work to someone else, i would happily show you the work at my house if you want to see.

The post sales service is almost non existent. I reported that my new bifold not always catching on latch and this requires the handles to be used with more force than usual. This increases the risk of the handles being damaged I don’t get any response. I am disappointed having reported this and still waiting for someone to come and have a look

We ordered 5 x arched windows with this company in July 2022, we paid a 50% deposit of just under £8000. We were told the lead time was 8 weeks, which our client was very happy with. After contacting this company on many occasions looking for updates we heard nothing about what was happening with our windows. After 3 months we made the decision to cancel our windows and we asked for a full refund, as our customer cancelled the job with us. We contacted Manj on many occasions but we were ignored. To this day we are still owed our deposit of just under £8000. Please use this company at your peril. We have some big orders in the Birmingham area and Birmingham Aluminium Systems would of got this work. But Not Now..

After 10 weeks waiting for a delivery, they have failed to deliver. Two aluminium windows and a door shouldn't be hard to manufacture and deliver.All sorts of excuses, its being sprayed, waiting on the glass (we ordered it ungazed!).They request payment upfront by BACS, they will not let you use a card for your own protection.Absolutely shambolic. Their office do not give answers, minimal communication is received.I would never use these again

Excellent product provided with Fantastic Customer Service.I looked at numerous establishment's before choosing Birmingham Aluminium Systems. When they visited my property for the initial estimate I could tell that i had made the right choice. They are a professional outfit, they designed the windows and patio door to ensure that they stood out. As they manufacture in house they offered a range of options and colours. I am extremely pleased with the final result.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. ABSOLUTELY Awful. They also go by AGS aluminium Midlands. If only I could give less than a one star. They do not even deserve a single star. Absolutely the worst service we have ever experienced. They never and I mean NEVER pick up your calls or let you know about your order. When we finally were able to reach them with regards to our order, they did the wrong measurements and got the wrong windows. Now waiting to get the right ones. Who knows if we will even receive those. Our sliding aluminium doors took over a year and a half to come and get fitted. A basic bay window has taken OVER SIX MONTHS. a single bay window.Avoid using this company like the plague.Shocking.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!How on earth is this company allowed to trade!!!We placed an order with them for aluminium windows and paid a substantial deposit. A month went by with no updates on the progress of our order, we chased for updates but Manj the director made excuse after excuse and then totally ignored all our calls, whatsapp messages and emails. We emailed cancelling the order second month in. We are now 4 months down the road and still have heard nothing from them and have not had our deposit returned.It’s only because of the rep Jason that we agreed to do business with Birmingham Aluminium Systems, BAS. We had known him reasonably well from the company he had previously worked at. Unfortunately he seems to be no better than Manj, he has also ignored all our calls and messages. We have come to the conclusion that Birmingham Aluminium Systems is a scam. Manj will most likely say that he has never heard of us or that we are fake!! like he's already done with other customers who post unfavourable reviews. We are called A14 Glass Rooms based in Northamptonshire. We should have checked the history of this company before any money was transferred, it was stupid of us to have trusted Jason as we now feel he was part of the scam. If you value your hard earned money don't do business with these people!!

I contacted BAS after finding them well recommended locally, and can not be more happy with the result. From Being to finish the experience was the best. Starting with a detailed survey of the work required in which everything was explained in detail which really gave me confidence in choosing BAS. Once the work commenced the team from BAS were friendly, tidy and punctual and the finished OUTCOME was great. I would not hesitate to recommend birmingham aluminium systems again

Quite easily the worst experience I have had with any contractor ever! I ordered two sets of Alumnium sliding doors in March and paid deposit in full! I was told 6 weeks to completion at the start, it’s now been 10 MONTHS and we’ve only received one badly fitted sliding door.Cortizo, the frame Alumnium window brand, should be ashamed of associating themselves with these guys!Honestly avoid at all costs, they mess you around and lie to you time and time again. Never answer calls and just lie through their teeth when you confront them at the factory. Don’t be fooled by the cheap quote! I have an upset family because of these guys.Unprofessional and a joke, nothing but joey’s.
