Purchased a watch from The Kettle Rack, a very professional service. The guys are really easy going, and took the time to explain all of the details of the watch to me. I left a deposit prior to seeing the watch in person, based on the description that was given to me over the phone, the watch exceeded my expectations in person and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. My friend asked me to source a Rolex for him as an investment, thought I would try this shop as it was local, absolutely brilliant lads with a nice chilled atmosphere, no pushy salesman, happy to just sit and talk watches. Managed to get a mint green dial datejust, perfect quality. I’d searched everywhere and this was £500 cheaper than anywhere else on the net.Was nice to just pick a watch and collect it rather than picking it and waited for the never ending phone call from an AD!

I've had 2 different pieces of jewellery from here and couldn't rate it enough. The jewellery is all 10/10, soild quality and the experience overall is brilliant.
