staff refused to take my parcel(medmin size suitcase)Said Evri staff would not take? Member of staff was very rude. Went to another Evri shop no problem at all.

Nice people, I havnt had any problems with parcels, they do shut for an hour for a dinner break, I'm not sure if it's 12oclock or 1 o'clock it shuts.

Okay with self service package drop off and with collection. They are closed between 1 and 2pm daily. I had no idea!

Check product dates: I got some out of date crisps, milk that was sour despite being in date, cabbage rotten inside. Also every time I send a parcel, the staff is rude. If I had an alternative local shop to send with hermes/ returns I wouldn’t go here.

Yep great can’t fault them. I’ve been told they used to be Hermes, and if they were they have got their there service sorted. Well done.

Very rood staff. Awful customer service. Do not want to come back there. Shouldn't be allowed to have a parcelshop. Useless.

Shame the staff aren't more helpful, I had to ask a customer how to use the scanner in the end!
