Sovereign Design Play Systems designed a lovely, bright and welcoming garden for our younger children to enjoy.The installation team were fantastic and worked really closely with the Centre staff to ensure that there was minimal disruption and the work went as smoothly as it could.We are very happy with our completed garden and the children are all enjoying playing in it.

Fantastic service, from design to execution. We were is need of an overhaul of our EYFS outside learning area. We went to three companies and Sovereign were chosen on account of value and professionalism from the start.During the initial visit, the consultant listened to what we wanted and also offered their own professional expertise. This allowed us to make an informed decision on how we would proceed. There was no pressure whatsoever from anyone involved. Once we agreed to work with Sovereign, they were more than happy to go back to the plans and revise them once we had had time to discuss them among ourselves.The designs and plans provided throughout allowed us to easily visualize the proposal and revise it as necessary. In the project included a wonderful extended canopy, a new large storage shed (the installation team were also good enough to help with the removal of the old one), new mud kitchen, new markings and the removal of an old, decaying sandpit and installation of a new one, complete with bright coloured surround.The installation was very professional and the team were more than happy to work around us. They arrived promptly and carried out work in a manner which didn't disrupt the education of the children (e.g. coming the evening before to carry out the noisy stuff). The on-site team were flexible, consulting us and advising us as necessary.The installation itself is of high quality and is already enhancing the education of our youngest children. Certainly recommended.

SOVEREIGN BRINGING IMAGINATION INTO PLAY40 Towerfield Road Shoeburyness Essex SS3 9QTOn the surface everything is good (talk the talk) but in reality profit is king. When working at our school they knock manhole covers off, blocked drains plus damaged a BT cover when contacted, denied everything thankfully school had CCTV but after numerous emails still ended up easier for school site staff to put right.As for when job was complete I have never been so hounded so much in all my 20 years experience to sign off on the work, so they can get final payment.To summarise: don`t relax check everything.

The children are very excited to use the new Outside Gym equipment next week. It looks great and both the installation team and the team that laid the rubber safety flooring were easy to work with, flexible and efficient. I am sure it will be excellent for fitness and well being and is a very welcome addition to our outside area. Our children have been requesting such equipment for a while and I am so glad that together with Sovereign we could make their wish come true.Thank you

St Cuthbert's Catholic Primary School,We had Sovereign install 2 x Pergola's for our outdoor Year 1 & Year 2 Classroom areas. There was a slight communication issue with the pre - install site survey but this was handled very well by their customer service team when I drew their attention to it. The workmen who came to install were excellent, arrived on time, worked really hard and got the job done really quickly and efficiently. The Pergola's are really good quality and look amazing - I would definitely recommend Sovereign if you are looking at any outdoor improvements :-)We have had a second Pergola Installed in our Nursery Rainbow Garden. The installation was excellent, communication was great from requesting a quote, through to finishing the job. The workmen were very efficient, worked hard from arrival to leaving and left the area really tidy. Could not fault them - superb - would recommend to anyone.

We recently had The Foxtail Adventure Tower installed by Sovereign at our Pre-school. We opted for an amended version as we were not overly keen on the fireman pole for our younger children. Sovereign were very accommodating, sending us photos of a previous installation at a Pre-school. It is an ideal structure for a small area. The installers were great, arriving on time and very polite. Mostly importantly - the children love it! It is challenging for our 4 year olds but achievable for our 2 year olds. Thankyou.We are now hoping to purchase the Play Lodge for open ended role play outdoors.

Becket Primary SchoolWe recently used Sovereign Design Play Systems to install a large pergola on our school playground. We found the service to be fantastic from start to finish. As we were unsure of exactly what kind of shade we initially wanted, the design team made several suggestions and were very patient and understanding of our needs and, eventually, the final plan was sent through using our actual field/street view which looked amazing. Communication from the Company was great and we were kept fully informed at every stage of the process. The Installation Team were very efficient and obliging and completed the installation sooner than anticipated and did a marvellous job which we are very happy with. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sovereign.

Recently used Sovereign for a nursery playground replacement. The end product - a simple wet pour playground surface with inlaid track - was great. We have a few issues on completion, but nothing that we can't work around. The site guys (all three crews of independent contractors) were friendly, thorough, honest and tidied up after themselves. Michael who I met with to sign the project off was helpful, friendly and professional.Unfortunately from the business and office side of things, I had issue after issue. The main problem which leads to various other problems is that you are not assigned a project manager. There seem to be several people in the office who all deal with different aspects of the job, and no one seems able to communicate effectively. Deliveries/collections get cancelled and no one passes the information on. You leave a message and it doesn't get passed on, or someone else calls you back and then doesn't pass their work on to the original person. I felt like I called them a hundred times before and during the works, and barely spoke to the same person, and felt like if I hadn't been on top of them, the job would never have taken place at the correct date/time.Myself, the staff, children and families are all impressed with the final product, but for me to want to use the company again, they need to begin assigning jobs to project managers who can oversee everything and keep it all in one place. If you do go with Sovereign, be prepared to project manage yourself and be on top of them.

From initial contact and design to installation Sovereign Design Play Systems LTD are a brilliant company. We would highly recommend their services.We were lucky enough to receive grant funding to improve our play area. After some research we chose Sovereign as they had a wide choice of play equipment that suited our needs. The design was tailored for our specific needs – and ‘concept pictures’ provided in our personalised information pack were very useful to keep our parents up to date with our plans for improving provision.The Sovereign team were very patient with us throughout the process – changing delivery dates to the very last moment before installation so that we did not lose our play area during the half term break.Installation day arrived – with the workers on site before 7.30am. All the installers were courteous and efficient. Our ‘Foxtail’ tower and ‘Log Walk’ were up before we knew it. They’re work ethic was brilliant – keeping the site clean as they went along. The ‘wet pour’ team followed in the same vain the next day – keeping us informed throughout the process.We now have a beautiful enhanced play area with high quality equipment for our children. The smiles on their faces testify to the success of the project!

Sovereign have been professional throughout the process. The new Nursery play area is lovely and is being used extensively already.
