Normal good service but today as left me in destress banned me for an event alleged happened Friday just gone and am getting I'd as that person when I was not even their the woman at the bakery part was very rude to me and I felt decriminalisation about something I never done the woman said a other woman was the manager but found she was just filling in for the manager and no the real one I even reported to hq to their company

Cheap food that's arguably better than the main competition... *cough* Greggs *cough*. Can't go wrong with a couple of sausage rolls or a baguette for a quid, staff are friendly too. Only downside is I always end up leaving with too much food - it's that cheap! :D

I’ve just had a chicken pastry from pound bakery up Dudley and I’ve just almost chocked to death lucky my boyfriend was there to help me I found chicken bones in there this is absolutely disgusting imagine if a child had eaten it lucky I didn’t give my baby any needs shutting down ! No one eat from there I’m absolutely disgusted

The name of this shop needs to be changed, because the food items are not a pound. The price of food items is similar to Greggs, but the food lacks flavor to justify those prices. Yesterday I ended up with a bad stomach after eating a sausage roll and a steak pasty. Yuck!

Ordered 4 breakfasts through Just eat from the dudley store.They put the containers in the paper bags sideways, so by the time it arrived the contents had leaked out and soaked through the paper bags!I won't be ordering from there again

Every time I come here, im always shocked by the behaviour and attitudes of the staff. Totally unprofessional and uncalled for. Not returning now, I will stick to Greggs.

My partner and I always go in here on a morning to get our breakfast. Their sausage and egg muffins are way better than the ones you get elsewhere at shops with similar breakfast options (naming no names). Lovely staff too!
