I was given a date and time for first clean, then asked to sign a document that said I'd read insurance. I asked to see insurance and was sent a cover page with almost everything blacked out. I asked to just know what was covered or if I needed to sort my own insurance and was told then they had nobody available. Waste of time overall, very disappointing as I could've been looking elsewhere for 2/3 weeks

Two girls called and spent three hours, I’m quite a messy person and I’d thought the tidy I’d did was good but when I returned latter it was gleaming and mentally I feel better in such cleanliness and will get them back every couple of weeks

I am very happy indeed with the service I received and the lengths that Julie went to clean my house. I paid for a deep clean and she truly went the extra mile, staying for as long as it took to get the house in a good condition. It was a real burden taken off me - Julie is a real credit to your company and I can’t thank you guys enough.I was also extremely impressed with the customer service from Tom and the speed of turnaround with the emails.Thank you for a great job all round.

Diamond Home Support Belfast
A very pleasant chap arrived complete with cleaning materials. However he was not a cleaner. He never even moved anything when dusting and polishing. My wife asked him to leave early. Do not use this firm. A total waste of money.
