Contacted Mr Krapper after a leaflet was dropped through my letter box. Instant response, Mr Krapper found out the cause of my drain fly problem, which was then resolved quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost.

Upon discovering an issue with our shower plug overflowing after flushing our toilet, we called Mr Krapper, who were onsite within their estimated time and resolved the issue within minutes upon arrival. They left everything spotless, and no smell anymore! I would highly recommend Mr Krapper, they were very professional and friendly.

Seriously impressed.12 midnight on Saturday. Rain bucketing down. Water pouring into the garage from a blocked gulley - living room the other side of the garage internal wall. In other words a real emergency. Called a number of 24 hour emergency plumbers. Mr Krapper was the only company who which actually stepped up to the plate and came out.Not an easy blockage to find and fix, but they did it in dark and very wet conditions. The team were cheerful, friendly and professional. No attempt to overcharge - the price for the job was reasonable.Can't recommend this company and its personnel more highly. If you're in a jam - strongly recommend you ring them first.
