Overall the roof leaked and was not fit for purpose. we lost all our money and had to pay another roofer to redo the roof. The work ethic was atrocious half days, no idea of materials needed, inability to pay workers, roof unfinished, wrong roofing for pitch. Everything that could be wrong was. Second roofer assumed we'd used a general builder because there was so much wrong. Despite promises of refunds and repairs we had nothing and had to write off all our money. Avoid at all costs.

Initially works were good, happy with the roof. But there’s an end cap and some lead missing which will allow driving rain in. Have tried to get them back for 6 weeks but no success. Would suggest not paying full amount until works complete, partly my own fault.

Roof-it Bristol were recommended to me by a neighbour when we were struggling to find a reputable and responsive roofer, when we had a roof leak. I’m so glad for the recommendation. Dan replied and completed the work (redoing chimney flashing) promptly and efficiently. I had some extra requests and Dan was happy to chat about them, answer all my questions and send over paperwork no problem. I’ve already recommended Roof-it Bristol to a few other friends/neighbours and will continue to do so. I hope not to need them again any time soon (!) but will be back in touch next time I do for sure!

We had our whole roof replaced by roof it Bristol and can not fault their work. The lads turned up on on the Monday as planned and dan went through the process of the whole installation witch was weather dependent but was over the moon how smooth and cost effective the job was done to the high standards I was promised! Will definitely recommend this company on without any worry’s

Dan and his team were excellent. Importantly they showed up on time to provide quote and do the work. The work was completed exactly as described and they were polite and friendly. Options were provided and we went with what was suitable for us. We had to leave a deposit in order to book a slot which was unusual for us but they supply a receipt showing acknowledgment and this is put against the final invoice. I'm looking to use RoofIT for more work in the future.

Our roof was in a sorry state when we called in Dan and his team at Roof-It. Dan talked us through the various repair work options, helping us to work within our budget and make the most of our money. Work was completed quickly (the whole roof was finished within the week) and to a high standard, and we were kept updated throughout the whole process with photos. Afterwards, the team was careful to leave the site clean and tidy, even washing down windowsills after dust and debris settled on them during the work. If you want a great job at a great price, then I'd definitely recommend using Roof-It.

The team made some repairs to a long-standing leak on my kitchen extension - they were friendly, punctual, and as far as I am any judge, the work seems to have done the job! They also had a lovely dog :-) I'd recommend them, and be happy to use them again if needed
