Super helpful and really friendly guy! Couldn't fix our issue as it turned out to be bigger than anticipated but gave us the advice to sort it and a couple of options. Spent ages trying to unlock our drain and cleaned up after himself the best he could. Great service would absolutely recommend.

We had a drain “explosion”. Not a pretty sight or smell I can tell you. Called this company because of their Google review ratings. They dropped everything and came round within the hour and sorted it. If all the local tradesmen I’ve used this was the best experience ever. In more ways than one! Thanks. Superb company.

I contacted Manchester Drains due a backed up toilet drain. Good communication from start to finish. Unblocked drain initially and identified the root cause using CCTV. Outlined the work that needed to be be done to resolve the issue and gave a fair and clear price. Came back and carried out the work within a few days. The lads on the job were friendly and did a good job, leaving the area clean and tidy. Thanks again

Needed to call out Manchester Drain services yesterday to deal with a major drain blockage. The service was excellent all round. They came out in approx 1hr and explained everything they were doing at each step. Many thanks to Sam & Carl - would definitely recommend. I've just edited my review as almost a month after call out, and after numerous calls/texts, I have still not received a receipt for payment or camera report.

Booked a site visit with Karl and the team at MDS to camera a problematic drain on site. His lads turned up earlier than my allocated time slot. and got to work start away. Very professional in carrying at the work in hand. His lads showed a great level of understanding and explained the procedure to us on site and the reasons why we are experiencing the problems. Even went out his way to jet the drains for us. All areas of work left clean and tidy. a great service provided and for a very competitive rate. I Highly recommend Karl and his team.

Manchester Drain Services Ltd and Karl and the team give an excellent service, are reliable and effective. We let and manage apartments , houses and Blocks of Apartments in Greater Manchester. Due to a blocked drain I had sewage flood all over the back yard.I rang them up at 2pm, and by 5pm the drain was unblocked and the entire backyard cleaned up and good as new. Excellent service and very quick and professional response.

Had a blocked drain since moving in that refused to clear after trying everything. Rang Manchester drain services and Alex came round and discovered the drain was blocked with years of silt and cleared it all out and dye tested to ensure good flow. Very happy and good value for money. Highly recommend Manchester Drain Services.

Came within the hour as promised, solved the problem at our end v quickly (less than an hour) and advised us to ring united utilities as he was suspicious that there was a blockage further down the shared pipe that might affect our neighbours. He was correct. The pipe had been damaged by 50 years of roots and united utilities were grateful for the heads up. They fixed it and all is well. Really appreciated Karl’s pleasant demeanour, obvious knowledge and efficiency. Highly recommend.
