Rosedew Farm Holiday Cottages & Wedding Venue

Amazing spot. Short walk to cliffs and beach. Beautiful wedding venue. Lovely staff. Delicious wedding breakfast, we had the rare cooked beef and confit lamb. Accommodation onsite. Very nice cottages close to venue. We had wooden Lodge a bit further away. Basic but no complaints. .lived it all

We recently had our wedding here and what can I say, everything was perfect from start to finish. The barn is just beautiful, the accommodation is stunning and Gaynor and Del just made the whole experience a great one. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on hand when needed. The day run smoothly and everyone commented on how nice the food was. We would do it all again in a heartbeat, absolutely perfect venue!

Attended wedding and staff were first class... Lovely location and food outstanding...

We stayed in The Yard. To be avoided unless you like to be woken up at 6:30 in the morning while they prepare the farm machinery for their working day. There is underfloor heating which makes the room very hot but not needed in June. Beware chocolate lovers there is no fridge in the room. There is an adjoining campsite with cafe but that was not open on the Monday or Tuesday and a very abrupt response was received when asked if they had any food to sell. The bedroom and bathroom is of a high standard but I question the price which is based on per person a night. I cannot comment on other accommodation but what I did see of it, it was of good quality. The rating is for accommodation on The Yard part of the complex.

A beautiful venue for a wedding. Went to Darryl and Louises Wedding here. The food was fabulous and the service was excellent, the weather was superb also. The Celebrant did an amazing job . Perfect spot for a country wedding. Would certainly recommend to anyone thinking of this place for their Wedding .

We had our wedding here (6 months ago, I thought I’d reviewed earlier, sorry guys!). The whole team were amazing from our very first viewing up until everything was over. They really made us feel looked after and guided us through everything. Food and drink was great, the staff were perfect and it got rave reviews from all our guests

Lovely wedding venue and excellent food. Drinks very reasonable. Lodges a fair way from main venue, especially walking back late at night - no exterior lighting. Sunday morning check- out after wedding is ridiculous at 10:00am, there is nothing relaxing about this. Look out if you leave anything behind after your stay, rang following day, was assured the lodge hadn’t been accessed/cleaned yet, rang 3 further times, no confirmation of item left behind! Great location for a wedding weekend, I'm only rating on the Lodge accommodation. They need a handyman. Every window catch was broken, the shower was broken, when someone used the shower the kitchen tap ran water and made a squeeling noise, broken chair, drawer handles broken, light bulbs out etc. It was a hot weekend, but if we left the windows open overnight the blinds banged wildly in the wind keeping us awake. Insufficient toilet roll for 6 people for the weekend and only one teabag. There was nowhere to leave feedback to advise. For the cost we would have expected better.
