Excellent service, had a clock that hasn't worked in years and he brought it back to life. Very easy to deal with and the clock now takes pride of place in our study.

Mr Binns isn't a very polite man. Won't be using againRich Binns owns/works here yet has provided two 5 star reviews. Disgusting

Extremely Poor service. Paid £150.00 for a service and small repair had the clock about 4 months: after numerous phone calls we eventually got the clock back, then he had to come remove the clock again as it wasn't working as it should. A further few months later and a lot of chasing up we eventually thought we had it sorted, but no it was fixed correctly. I rang again to complain about the repair and the amount we paid for it: the guy said he would call again and collect the clock to have it repaired as we had warranty. TO THIS DAY WE ARE STILL WAITING. If anything the clock is even worse. No help what so ever this guy has been and would not recommend him or his service to anyone. Please be aware when using him: I would say he is ok to replace a watch battery but nothing else. HE IS A SHAM!!!

Very friendly and informative conversation which led to a quote for servicing and completing an unfinished case of my 1970's long case grandfather"style German kit clock. Quote accepted and work in progress."

Richard was confident he could get my precious antique French Art Deco mantle clock back to how it was when new and he delivered on this promise. After collecting the clock from me he kept me informed on progress, got the necessary parts and returned a fully serviced clock which he set up in its place and I'm happy to say its keeping time nicely! His work is guaranteed too! Great to know we have such an expert on clock repairs in Leeds!

Repair done to small French C18 mantle clock some 15 years ago. Still going strong. Soon to have C19 Silesian wall clock worked upon, so a returning customer is a good advertisement.

Had my grandfathers mantle clock for long service restored to working order after 30 years of not working , came back as new . this man has a love for clocks like no other a big thank you

Clock repaired but started playing up a few months later but having tried to contact for further work to find out why it's kept gaining time since its repair he has still not got back to me despite emailing several times and leaving countless telephone messages I won't be using this repairers again! The seems genuine the clock was away over a year as the door glass was Broken and he tried to source a new glass but the clock could have returned to us and gone back for the glass but as it was the door glass never materialised too bad!
