My Mum is quite nervous of the dentist and having procedures. A friend recommended this practice and an apt was made with Nicola Moore.After 2 consultations Mum has been today for treatment and couldnt be happier. From the 1st consulatation to todays apt Nicola was calm, reassuring and made my Mum feel so comfortable and confident.Highly recommend Nicola for anyone who may be nervous of the dentist : )

Experiences with previous dentists had made me not look forward to dental visits. That has all changed now. The appointments with Nicky and Amy are wonderful; they are not rushed, everything is explained fully and Nicky is extremely gentle whilst doing a thorough job. They're lovely ladies who make a great team and I have been recommending them to everyone since my first visit!

Keisha Letman was absolutely wonderful with my daughter, who has autism and has always struggled at the dentist. She was patient, kind and very knowledgeable, producing fantastic results on her badly chipped front tooth.

Oaklands make going the dentist enjoyable.The receptionists are always lovely, friendly and very helpful .my dentist Keisha Letman and her team are absolutely wonderful .Always making you feel welcome and comfortable.Also Kind and very informative of how they can help and what they have to offer .With a friendly smile waiting for you when you arrive that makes you feel in great capable hands and confident of great results. Nicola Moor is an exceptional dentist. The level of care she gave my autistic nervous child was outstanding. I highly recommend this practice and will be telling friends and family the same. The whole process was professional and smooth and my son is actually looking forward to his next appointment. An absolute gem of a dental practice!!

I have been visiting Oakland’s dental care for many years, and my children now do the same. They have been fantastic with us all throughout the years and never fail in helping us.Today we have had an emergency appointment for my son and saw Mrs Nicola Moore who I believe is a new dentist to Oakland. Well what can I say, she went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and at ease and even helped me with a query about myself. I cannot thank her enough and highly recommend seeing her especially if you are nervous of the dentist.

Nicola Moore is fantastic. I have been a nervous patient since some bad experiences in my childhood and she completely understood this and has taking me through a recent treatment plan in a very professional and empathetic way. I actually hugged her after my last root canal as she has been so caring through the process. Thanks Nicky.Also wanted to say Hayley on reception is such a welcoming lady, always helpful and a smile and a joke or two. Really helps when you’re a bit anxious!
