The Food Warehouse by Iceland

Like all the supermarkets of this chain ,present in this city, you can't helps but say that there are good and quality food products .Outside there is a good parking lot , where the potential customer can park his car and then go to the market to be able to do his shopping , in peace. The staff is available whit the customer and well trained on the products on sale.It is a good to point out,that there is no shortage of great offers of the day,at very advantageous prices for the customer. Having said that,I want to clarify that not all the prices applied on the goods are accessible to everyone, but good opportunity can be found. ... ;but they do not exceed the prices adopted by other supermarkets in the area. So everything is normal .Customer service is active and waking well.;it is located in a good strategic position in the city so much so that it can also be reached on foot from the city center. I recommend it for anyone in Leicester.

Been today,I had a backpack(with some groceries from Aldi)and an blonde guy came to me, grabbed my backpack and start shouting, luckily, it was another security guard, 45-50 years old and we managed quite alright, never go again, they need some proper training especially in dealing with customers...

A good range of food and some good deals, though you have to be prepared to calculate whether you are actually saving anything with you 2 for 1 deals - sometimes it works out cheaper per 100g to just buy a bigger pack, sometimes it's cheaper to buy 2 smaller packs.

It's the best place to get your shopping done or with your FAMILY and see your self.

Popped in here with family member for a ready meal after shopping in Home Bargains few doors down. The obnoxious security guard (short height, asian , bald) felt it was necessary to follow us around the store very obviously and in plain sight. We had no basket and were holding home bargains bags so he could've been watching to make sure nothing went into the bag ,but it doesn't warrant to be followed and us made to feel uncomfortable around the store and then being watched the checkout . If he wants to watch customers do it discreetly at least! We only went in for a few items hence the lack of basket. I've complained to their customer care online. No need for it and its not the right way to do things - I know cause I have worked in core iceland stores before. Probably wouldn't go here again if a legit paying customer is going to be made out to be a thief. A lot of Icelands security guards are useless and rude. (TOTAL SECURITY SERVICES COMPANY)As for the store it was well stocked although prices have rocketed up. Deals are more expensive too with mainly 3 for £10. Iceland has declined rapidly over the years and they call themselves a budget retailer :/Products aren't great quality either.

Staff are just obnoxious. Especially the skinny white lad on the til with glasses. Absolutely no customer service. Clearly didn’t wanna be there, make room for people who actually wanna work and do a much better job at providing decent customer service.

Very rude staff. I believe his name is ajax he is a chubby fat man .be careful of him he tells lies. Very dishonest person. The frozen chips weight and price are different from the on bag. He can't explain and waffles telling lies very rude guy. I think staff doesn't know what customer service is. Shopper's please check the weight of the frozen chips bag and price

Cashier was arguing with me over a very polite request.I don't think he had a clue of good customer service.Having read recently posted reviews, looks like it's an ongoing issue.Maybe the staff are just a number for the store manager??
