I've had 3 neck, back, shoulder massages with Jarmila to help with a trapped nerve and she's been amazing. Highly recommend and will no doubt be returning for another relaxing and therapeutic massage in the near future.

Had my 1st acupuncture session this morning as I suffered from arthritis on my left knee causing discomfort and pain. I was quite nervous in the beginning as I hate needles but Mr. Pawel put me at ease. Have booked further two sessions, hope it will help.

Honestly from a nurses’ perspective I don’t think Adam not Kasia have a clue as to what they’re doing. Have sustained injuries they won’t account for. Thankfully to skilled professionals I’m back to normal. Asking for 6-7 sessions bookings is a money making scam and promoting dependence on treatment you probably don’t need. Well if you start treatment there you will probably need that and more. Avoid !

Jamila was absolutely amazing!! I had a deep intense massage for bottom back and leg ache/pain- very thorough I would definitely recommend and will go back just to have the experience again!! Well worth the 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I attended Ginger health, due to suffering from sciatica, and after a few sessions I feel basically back to normal. I also left with a wealth of knowledge from adam on how I can maintain the issue myself going forward, I can't thank Adam enough for helping me, and would highly recommend him and ginger natural health.
