Kimberleys were fantastic help selling my house. This was my first time selling a property, and we were thrown a few curveballs during the process, including the downturn in the market, and some unexpected complications with boundary related matters, but Ben was there for us the whole time, always very patient, kind and helpful. My partner and I ended up moving out of town before the sale completed, and Ben went above and beyond with visiting the property for us to check on things or pass on mail. Thanks so much! After 2 months without a single person visiting the house, we decided to change agents. They then charged us 300 pounds for their 'efforts' on our behalf. If only they put as much effort into finding buyers as invoicing.

I cannot praise the professionalism and organisation of the team at Kimberley’s Ledbury highly enough. We had gone to other estate agents in the area and over a period of 5 months we had a few viewings but no offers and we wondered why this was so, what with the house being in a prime position with large gardens and so much scope for additional building work/ extending if required. After a recommendation we decided to give Kimberley’s a go and within a week we had a firm offer. Louis took a whole different approach to marketing the house, detailing the potential and Identifying where others had gone wrong.
