Just wanted to send a huge thank you, the Gazebo was brilliant.Its has a strong frame, very robust. the printing looked superb and the tie down kit was easy to use.The weather was a little boisterous at times but it was easy to set up, easy to take down and great to use. The weights worked a treat, but I did tie it to two cars to as we are on top of a hill and with 400 plus visitors onsite last night, I didn’t want to squash any of them.Thank again, great product, great service

Amazing company to do business with, absolutely Top Notch customer service, advice where needed and a top end product.When I looked online there were so many companies, so many sponsored adverts.What I will say is I’m so impressed with how responsive Instant Promotions have been, the advice freely offered, it’s all been so positive, something that’s unusual these days, a company who are service driven.I will give a special hour out to Bill, we had a very tight deadline, Bill was superb forwarding the artwork for approval on which they did a brilliant job and delivering on time.

Absolutely fantastic service and product. We've been using Instant Promotions for years and no matter what order, big or small, they have always been efficient, speedy and fantastic quality. Chris responds almost instantly to any request. The whole process is seamless and super easy.We've used them for branded gazebos of all sizes, flags, tables, table covers and all have been to the best quality. They even do a wash and repair service where they'll check through all the gazebos after use, clean, dry and return them.They've also catered to very short turn around times in the past and are always happy to help!Couldn't recommend Instant Promotions enough!

I have had the pleasure of purchasing products from this company since 2018 from being a personal customer and buying on behalf of a vintage and classic vehicle club. Instant promotion supply gazebos and display materials that are of excellent quality, expertly designed, quickly delivered, and offer full after sales support. The gazebos are not to be mistaken with those that you would buy in your local high street shop, that fall apart with a light breeze on a summers day. These well constructed, tough and resilient gazebos are the best I've ever purchased and invested in. Mines been stood in my garden for 18 months and is still going strong as expected. Chris and his colleagues are very professional, courteous, friendly, understanding, knowledgeable but most of all very very patient especially when you're designing the display materials. Here's to many years of being associated with company that have staff who go the extra mile to help you achieve the required end result!

From the beginning Instant Promotion has been very professional and prompt. My salesperson, Gemma, was so quick to answer all my many questions. It was the first time our small business had made a branded gazebo purchase and she made the process so easy for me. When I needed some accessories, her colleague Dan jumped in to help out while she was on leave and now I've ordered a second gazebo with them because we are so happy with our purchase. We get so many compliments from other market traders on our stall - mainly due to the professional look of the awnings and sides. The frame is very durable as well! I would highly recommend from both a customer service prospective and quality prospective. Our business has definitely been enhanced because of our purchases.

Just received our complete order. First time we have ordered from these guys, and have to say, it won't be the last.The quality of the product is exceptional for the money. Given the 'competitive' pricing, we were expecting the normal Chinese made product that is 'acceptable, but not great' quality. We are more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the materials and printing.Exceptional service from Dan and all involved right from the start. Would definitely recommend to anyone !!

From initial enquiry to design proofs, ordering to delivery; Instant Promotion were efficient, professional and delivered on time. The resulting sports package gazebo looks fabulous and was commented on by all our visitors at it's first outing!

Received my gazebo back in 2019 and have never had the opportunity to use it properly and take decent pictures - I have finally.managed to do so.Thank you to all the team that went above and beyond and endless positive communication throughout.
