Great service from the Energy Monkey team, all items arrived on next day delivery. Their expertise on off grid systems has really help me kit out my camper conversion, would highly recommend.

Had bought a Venus GX from another company - but contacted Energy Monkey Ltd for the service support. They talked me through updating software and when that didn't work took it into repair under warranty and ultimately replaced it with a new Cerbo GX.

Definitely the people to go to for Victron and other Solar. Huge stock, great prices, but above all always have time for you. If only there were 6 stars.

Amazing! Don’t even think about using anybody else. I needed a second opinion with my Victron installation as I was experiencing a few issues. I arranged a time and sent appropriate pictures of my installation. Paul, Senior Technical Sales Manager called and outlined straight away a few serious issues. He also noticed a few errors in the VRM setup and rectified those. He said he would contact the dealer I used and get back to me. Perfect. He called back and explained what was needed.It just so happened I had an issue with my Pylontech batteries on that day and it was only charging up to 95%. Paul immediately started to help. He made a few adjustments and then talked me through a few physical changes I should make to identify the issue. He knew everything about the system and what to do and importantly, walked me through the process easily and simply so I could understand. Faulty battery and needs further testing at Energy Monkey. Paul has also written to Pylontech regarding the issue to see if they known issue. The call was 1hr 11mins and I never bought the equipment directly from them. Outstanding service. I will not hesitate to use them again, purchase from them in the future and will highly recommend them to others. Thank you.

Big thanks to everyone at Energy Monkey, such a professional company to deal with from design to purchase and after sales everything was spot on. Paul’s knowledge is second to none. He helped me get my system up and running, and had the patience to deal with me having not worked with anything like this before. The Victron gear is excellent. Also contacted Paul whist we were in Germany as we developed a problem which he looked into remotely and resolved for us, which was massively appreciated. It enabled us to carry on with the rest of our trip. Can’t recommend this company enough. 1st class.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Even though I'm a student I was still treated like a VIP. They went above and beyond to make sure I even got my bits loaded up securely. Would 100% recommend!!
