I donated my eggs at the Cardiff clinic for the second time. I had a great experience, the nurses were amazing my ovaries are quite high up and hard to find Anna was always determined to find them and make sure everything was going well. The procedure was straight forward and easy going. I will definitely be going back for another donation

I have just completed my egg donation journey with London egg bank. The staff were all really friendly and helpful really kept an eye on me throughout and answered all my questions. The stimulation process was pretty easy I didn’t have any issues with that however the procedure and recovery is a lot. All for such a worthwhile cause which kept me going the whole time. I was really amazed with how many eggs they managed to retrieve

I have nothing but positive feedback for London Egg bank. I did my first egg donation on Monday and everyone has been so kind, helpful and welcoming since starting the process. I am so happy to be helping other women to have their families. I can’t wait to do my next donation!

I recently made my first egg donation at the London clinic. I had an excellent experience, the entire process was straightforward and easy to follow, and the staff were very kind and professional. My procedure went well, I took me a couple of days to fully recover.Great service :)

London Egg Bank and the London Women's Clinic were simply superb helping us to have our son after a decade of infertility and babyloss. The staff were all so warm and supportive at both in the emotional process of picking an egg donor. We cannot recommend them enough.

The whole team, from administration to the nurses and doctors, are superb. They are so kind and patient, and of course experts in what they do, which is abundantly apparent. I would encourage anyone looking to freeze their eggs to use London Egg Bank. A special shout out to the Freeze and Share program, which is a beautiful opportunity for those who may wish to donate as a part of their fertility journey.

I’ve had a really positive experience taking part in the egg donation programme. The engagement officers, nurses and everyone I came into contact with have been super friendly and warm and I felt like I was given lots of opportunities to ask question and get support throughout the whole process.

Donating your eggs may seem like a daunting scenario, but frankly it was pretty easy. If you are located closely to the clinics, it’s just about having the time to attend the appointments, which I managed to fit in before/after work or at lunch times.Get comfortable with having internal ultrasounds, they cause no discomfort or pain. They take your blood to test and then the op itself is quick and under sedation.Post op I just felt bloated, no otAll the staff are lovely at London Egg Bank, super friendly, welcoming and chatty. They will tell you as much or as little as you want to know and keep you informed along the journey.I have donated my eggs twice now, and it has not had any negative impact on my life or health, I am happy to have done this to aid others in need.

Exceptional service from the whole team at the London Egg Bank from point of enquiry all the way through to follow up care. This was my first experience of donating and I couldn't have asked for a smoother process. I felt cared for, valued and nurtured by all of the staff that I was in contact with. I would like to thank the Egg Bank for their ongoing work and for their professionalism and support throughout. I had not intended to undertake more than one donation but having received such brilliant care has inspired me to donate again. Thank you.

I donated eggs early part of 2023. My friend had said London egg bank was a good experience and she had donated twice before. Not so much for me- I completed the initial requirements in late 2022 and heard nothing from them for a long time. One of the blood test appointments I ended up waiting for 45 minutes as no one had expected me. After this no update but when I chased everything happened very quickly. The team were nice and nurses were nice but overall just felt like there was not enough care. The injections I wasn’t shown how to do just to get on with it and on the last meet before scheduling my egg collection the doctor actually ran out to give me an injection she’d forgotten to mention or give during the appointment. The procedure itself was fine, I was very nervous but the staff kept me calm. A taxi was offered initially but a friend picked me up. Afterwards I had a brief call to check I was okay but that was it. They also sent me flowers as a general thank you. No further doctors appointments and no aftercare from my initial recruiter. I remember that they told me I could get a free appointment with the clinic if I wanted but no info on that either since. If you are looking to give eggs I would advise to go to a different egg bank once that matches you potentially. If I’d had a better experience I may have gone back. Be prepared to go more than 7 or 8 times to the clinics if you do go with them!
