On completion of job noticed 1 of the bricks was chipped. Spoke to Michael regarding this and was promised he would return to sort it. Within a week of the installation the drive started sinking so contacted Micheal where once again I was fobbed off with false promises that he would return to sort out the problem. Approx 10 weeks on still waiting which is pretty obvious he isn't returning to sort out the shoddy workmanship
