They stayed open late so we could pick the car upTouch wood - it's been driving perfect since they worked on it.And the price was within the range we expected.

Anyone can give a 1 star so I'll stick to the facts.1. Booked a 2 Tyres changed (30min job) using blackcircles.2. Was rescheduled 2 times as Blackcircles does, but they always contact you and do all they can to ensure top customer service is given. They found me spot in Formula One as I needed the tyres done before I go on a 1000mile journey with the car.3. I arrive at the scheduled time (5 minutes before even) and the guy who checks my booking says he cannot do it today, because his staff member called in sick and says there's nothing I can do about it"...1 star because of things you could have done about it:- Called customer ahead of time to advise them of cancellation- Called someone else to cover your staff member's shift- do what managers do and shift some other work that the customer might be happy to wait for (maybe call a few and see if they can wait a day longer for their repair?)- call blackcircles and advise them of the situation so they rebook me4. I was "kindly" re-booked in by Formula One staff member for 10 am Sunday when I am leaving for holiday at 12 midday (not really a solution

Decided to book my daughters car in for a full sevice , glad I did, the number of faults it had, the car was fixed all in one day, which was pretty amazing. I can't say thank you enough to the 2 men who worked on my daughter car, you potentially saved someone's life

Used them for nearly 20 years before and after the name change.They have always been reliable and not too expensive.Happy to give a quote and stick to it - have even charged me less than their quote in the past.Will give advice when requested whether or not they will get work out of it.Finally, they are always busy, a sure sign of value.

Booking online is really easy to do, prices for MOT, service and work are very reasonable.My MOT failed and they were able to replace all 4 tyres, replace some other parts and service the car all in the same day - I was very impressed that they managed to squeeze all that work in.The staff are super friendly, professional and transparent with any feedback / advice.I couldn't recommend this garage more for giving you piece of mind - your vehicle is in safe hands with them!

A good repair shop, a big company with independent company mindset where they look after their customers. I've been there a few times now and I'm glad I went to them for my MOT/Service recent, won't be beaten on price nor customer service, 0% interest if you can't or don't won't to pay for all up front for it. 5*

Always have a pleasant experience here! Guys behind the desk are super knowledgeable and friendly. They're always honest about cost and have good customer rapport. I only ever being my car to this shop now :)
