Ellis at Tottenham recently sold our flat. It took sometime to achieve a suitable sale, and the first couple of offers failed to progress to a sale. However, given the circumstances relating to ongoing rectification work to do with cladding that has affected so many flats they achieved a suitable sale for both ourselves and we hope our buyer.Azid and his team ensured a full understanding relating to the area and ensured they were on top of the ongoing situation and could advise ourselves and prospective buyers accordingly.Yes, there were a couple of incidences that needed some discussion and/or correction at times but Ellis listened and took the appropriate corrective measures.All in all we feel happy with the service achieved by Ellis at Tottenham.
