Affordable prices and great customer service.I've been using ELFC for years ever since they made a facebook post about starting, mostly due to timely deliveries (somehow managing to push 1 day deliveries during covid).Everything is great quality also, even down to the minors i.e Nic shot ring attached to the cap doesn't fall in your bottle as you're emptying them into a bottle shot (seems small but gets annoying) and their VG/PG always have great consistency.On a lesser note, out of my countless deliveries I finally had one with a minor error. Contacted them and they rectified it and sent my delivery the following day, no charge. Great company, don't go anywhere else online.

I've spent hundreds of pounds on ELFC now, and not once have I had any problems with the service, speed of delivery or the products received. They will do whatever they can to help, amend orders and have a great group on Facebook with new products and discounts. Highly recommended!

Good products, good prices and fast delivery. Recently ordered my latest batch from them, unfortunately it was lost in transit, they offered to replace the order and have it delivered by courier. Excellent customer service. Normal delivery time is around 1-2 working days.

Went to place an online order and realised I live 3 miles away. Rang and spoke to someone who told me to place the order online, pay for postage, which would be refunded. Went to pick up within the next two hours and the order was waiting for me at the warehouse and the postage was refunded whilst I was driving back home.Excellent service, products and price! Can't imagine going elsewhere now.

Wow, have spent £100s over the las year with this company and on last order I had a dodgy liquid that completely ruined my tank seals. I asked if I could have a refund for that one (probably £10 worth) but they just said one one else has had any problems with it and they can’t refund under those circumstances. Business sense? For the sake of offering a refund or even a voucher for next order they prefer to part ways with a customer. I’m very surprised but guess I will now deal with other companies. Liquids and deliveries have been good, apart from that one. But I can’t deal with a company that won’t trust their clients on a minor thing like that. I’ll close the door on they way out. Thanks

Payed for next day delivery didn't arrive, contacted customer support and they refused a refund of delivery charge. Won't use this company again, rude staff aswell.

I have been using ELFC for the past 2 years or so now and think they are fantastic! Great customer service, always happy to help, fast delivery and good value for money. The only time there has been an issue (twice now) was due to the couriers, however Ashley has always gone out of his way to help resolve the problem! 5* service!!
