We first met and used Martyn and his team about 15-years ago, when we first had built-in wardrobes in this house. We’ve just gone back to them again, as we decided to “upgrade and redesign”, because the original units lasted so well, for so long, and were fitted to a high standard.We got the same high-quality service and craftmanship as before, again at a reasonable cost for the work and outcome. The materials and design features have moved on and Martyn was able to help us design our perfect, new bedroom. Martyn and his team (in particular Lee) are top class. We had two bedrooms and an office completely refurbished. Initially Martyn visited us and explained the whole process in detail - listened to what we wanted and gave his ideas as well. We could not recommend Martyn 4 New Ideas highly enough. Martyn and Lee have recently re-fitted our bedroom with fully fitted wardrobes and drawer units. There are plenty of options and they work with you to design exactly what you want with the space you’ve got. The workmanship and quality is excellent. They kept us up to date with delivery and fitting dates as there was a slight delay due to delivery of the materials to them. Martyn 4 New Ideas was recommended to us by a friend. We visited the showroom and arranged a home visit. Martyn arrived promptly and had soon measured up and produced a plan that we were happy with. We had looked at another well known company, but the finish was not in the same league as New Ideas. Fitting was delayed by the pandemic, but well worth the wait. Both Martyn and Lee are very professional in the way they work, tidying up each day leaving no mess. Now the work is complete we are very happy and know we made the right decision. We wanted new fitted wardrobes for our master bedroom and after speaking with a few national companies decided to go with a local company, Martyn 4 New Ideas.We are extremely pleased with the end result.Lee, when fitting the carcasses, suggested some changes to improve the finished installation, which were open to and extremely pleased with.We would definitely recommend Martyn 4 New Ideas. We were looking for somewhere that could provide tailor made fitted wardrobes but did not know where to start. I found New Ideas on google and realised this was a short distance from our home. My husband and I decided to visit the workshop and showroom to get some ideas. Martyn couldn't have been more welcoming and offered to show us around. Martyn offered a no obligation quote and booked an appointment to measure the rooms we wanted completing. Martyn visited our home to measure up and was very professional during the visit. The drawing and pricing was completed within a day. The wardrobes were fitted while we were at work and I left Martyn and Lee who works for the family business a key with no doubts that they would be completely professional whilst in my home alone. The work has now been fully completed and I have never seen workmanship to this high quality standard before. They created space in my Sons room that I never thought possible. The wardrobes are stunning and we have had many compliments from our family and visitors. I would 100% recommend Martyn and his business for you if you are looking for Quality and professionalism. We will definitely want Martyn and Lee to complete work again for us in the future once we build our extension. 5star service and quality of work!
