An absolutely fantastic dog grooming experience for my 4 year old Cocker Spaniel. So pleased to have been recommended Gems Dog Grooming and would totally recommend without any hesitation to anyone living within the Rugby area.On arrival, we were both made welcome and Gemma asked my requirements for Harvey, to which she carried out superbly. Harvey looked and smelt amazing when I picked him up. So much fresher, more defined with his fur and as content as when I had dropped him off.A hard working groomer who has a purpose built set up and clearly has a passion and 100% dedication to her business.

Thank you for fitting us in so quickly! Our puppy looked so cute with her little bow when we picked her up and she still smells good a week later! Gem spent a good time with our puppy to ensure she was groomed well. Would definitely recommend!

we were so impressed with gemma's kind professional service. she was loving and caring to our dog . i can honestly say our dog looked the best we have seen her after her visit to the dog groomers. gemma did exactly what we asked for . she used quality products, our dogs coat was gleaming. we have booked in again.

Gem is amazing, she is great with our German shepherd and he goes straight in, she is always patience and kind. I would recommend her, but she is booked up enough

I was amazed at how brilliant my dog looked after Gemma groomed him. He’s been elsewhere however, due to his temperament it wasn’t a successful groom. Gemma was patient and went out of her way to spend the time he needed so he wasn’t anxious at all. It’s the best he’s ever looked. Will definitely be returning!
