Their estimators and fitters are incredibly rude and disrespectful, and quoted us for things we later found out we absolutely did not need (asked multiple opinions). We opted to use an independent local fitter instead who was amazing, and quoted £1300 for fitting as opposed to the £2300 quoted by Tapi.The products themselves seem to be of good quality but I would never buy from them again due to the horrible service. £40 just to deliver the flooring and the two guys wouldn't so much as say hello, blatantly careless and disrespectful, throwing our materials onto the ground with no thought. Please avoid and give your money to local businesses instead.

Great Service. We were in a rush and needed a cheap roll of carpet to take away that day. The staff were so helpful and understanding of our needs, (didn't bother trying to upsell etc.).We were in and out with a roll of carpet in 10 minutes, and at a great price; we would shop here again.

I had to cancel my order for personal reasons and apparently my order fell in the grey area within TnC. I was dealt with promptly, politely and was awarded my refund.I’m very grateful as my cancellation was nothing to do with the company or product and would definitely recommend the service.I apologise for any inconvenience caused

I used their fitter Jay of JD Flooring to fit our laminate flooring. The installation failed across our whole house within days. He wouldn’t come back and look at it or offer a resolution. Instead he blocked my number and wouldn’t reply to messages or emails. I’ve lost my money and need to start again. To top it off I had £250 of excess product which he was refunded for but he didn’t pass back to me!! I’ve lost nearly £3k to him.Watch video with sound!!!

Absolutely the worst experience I've had of any shop or service and a saga that somehow lasted over 6 weeks. Unapologetically terrible service and a fitting that was not only beyond unreasonable, but actually caused damage to other areas of our flat (skirting boards, walls, and even the ceiling - how is that possible? - this is a flooring company). No apology, no sense of urgency, nothing. I wouldn't recommend Tapi Carpets to anyone.

We didn’t have a great experience. The fitter ruined our paintwork chipping off serious amounts of thick paint, the carpet was end of roll and had marks on it which 2 years later are still there, holes were cut in the carpet when fitting the stairs which are still visible and the binding on the edge is not what I asked for (the colour doesn’t match).Once you’ve signed and paid, their after-service and complaints process is terrible.The carpet itself is good quality.The fitter wanted cash and reluctantly accepted bank transfer. He clearly didn’t enjoy the job and was rude by the end of the whole house fit.

After using this store several times over a period of 4 - 5 years, I have found the quality of the fitting to be extremely variable. I was told that this is largely due to a high turnover of sub contract fitters. As a buy to let property developer, I have decided to stop using this company as I need a more consistently acceptable standard of installation. My experience is that the installation process and quality of workmanship has gotten considerably worse over time.

Straightforward processBristol tapi salespeople knew what they were talking about. Managed to get good value for both carpet and LVt.Their recommended fitter - Kingsley, was very good and a pleasant chap.
