Was booked in today to get a free quote for some flooring. I got up early and waited around for him to come, NO SHOW! I waited an hour to see if he would turn up and he didn't so I called the shop 4 times to which it just rang out. No phone call to let me know he wouldn't be coming, NOTHING! very un professional and rude considering my home is not even a 10 minute drive from the shop. Would not recommend and don't waste your time as they won't turn up!

I have had a pleasant experience with Peter James Flooring. We selected a nice carpet and underlay at a very affordable price, and a lot of friends who have visited have admired the soft feel and comfort on the feet. I'll recommend them always.

Still sitting here waiting after half an hour, rang 4 times, I'll call you back" then didn't on any occasion. Do NOT recommend. No phone call to tell me he's not coming just didn't bother turning up."
