I can only say if you're looking for a Jaguar, look no further than The Malton Motor Company, Matthew the Principle Owner was great to talk to, he always had time to talk. I viewed the car at his premises which was an absolute joy, whereby Matthew made me feel really welcome and took us through everything before I made the decision to buy the X300. I picked the car up yesterday 16/04/22 whereby Matthew took the time to process the handover of the car ensuring I was happy with everything before he then escorted me and gave me directions to get back home to the South Lakes.

Just arrived back in Kent having purchased the best XK, possibly anywhere from Matt, and better than concourse description. I have to admit to being slightly nervous, as first car new to me in over 14 years. Some difficulties also for me with mobile banking apps but Matt absolutely helped get sorted. Matthew is a true craftsman. The interior and exterior of my Daimler Super V8 have been totally transformed. The leather looks like new and the paintwork gleams. Matthew has a true passion for Jags and the hard work and effort he has put into this job shows it. I will be returning for a new headliner early next year. Can't recommend him enough.

Malton Motor Company fitted a new headliner to my XJ X350, it has transformed the interior of the car and is now in better condition than when it left the factory,I searched for the better part of a year to find someone with the skills to do this job, as well as being able to source/produce the quality parts. Matthew of MMC is that person, I wouldn't believe that anyone else in the UK is operating at this level.If you are looking for expert help with your car, or to buy something that you know has been gone through by an expert, then this is the place. It was an 11 hour round trip for me to Malton and i'd do it again tomorrow, I also wouldn't buy a Jag from anywhere else!

A little over a month ago I purchased a Jaguar XJS celebration model from the Malton motor company. I found this beautiful car on his YouTube channel, I was very impressed with all of the progress videos of the Jaguar being restored. After just a 30 minute phone call with Matthew I put a deposit down without seeing the car, as I felt happy and satisfied with the work and passion he had for the car. After 4 weeks Matthew had finished the restoration on the Jaguar in the time scale he had given me, with good communication from him the whole time. With my busy schedule and only being able to travel to Malton during the weekends Matthew accommodated me with collection on a Saturday evening. Will continue to take my XJS back for servicing each year. Brilliant service, thank you to everyone at the Malton motor company. Cannot recommend this company enough.Thank you Neil

Searched for ages for somewhere to get a sagging roof headliner fixed on the wife's 20 year old Jaguar XJ8SE. Found The Malton Motor Company after much googling. Viewed videos of Matthew Betts replacing headliners and realised what a specialised & skilled job it is. Talked to Matthew and arranged for work to be done. Work was completed within one working day which is remarkable given the stripdown and reassembly necessary. The finished job is absolutely superb and is superior to the original installation. So if you are looking for a headliner replacing in your old Jag, Matthew Betts @ the Malton Motor Company is the 'Go To Man' to get this done to a really high standard. Thanks Matthew. Regards Geoff

Having been in the trade myself for 35+ years. I was looking for the best of the best Matthew had exactly that both in the car and his enthusiasm and technical knowledge of this iconic marque . I didn’t even have to look at the car first… I just knew from what Matthew had told me it was the right one . I wasn’t disappointed .We drove to Robin Hood’s Bay and then headed South back home to Chichester where ironically the car was originally supplied from by Harwoods .The car drove faultlessly and with an average Mpg of 24.1 was proof in itself that everything was running like clockwork .Thank you Matthew ofThe Malton Motor Company . Very very impressed .

What a refreshing change to meet someone like Matthew, who clearly has huge pride, expertise, and skill in sourcing and then selling the very best in Jaguar and Daimler. He’s honest straightforward approach, and meticulous state of both his workshop, and his showroom are great credit. If I was looking for a classic Jaguar or Daimler, then Matthew is undoubtedly the first, and indeed the only, person I would go to

I met with Matthew and arranged for him to sell my XKR on a commission basis. I was looking for a high price which Matthew felt we could achieve if we were patient . To my delight , the car eventually sold for the original advertised price , Matthew even arranged to update the MOT and replace the battery before the car was collected by the new owner . Very happy with the service and end result. When I’m next in the market for a classic Jag I’ll know where to come. Thanks again. John
