Westminster WW1 memorial by Lee Simmons

A beautiful memorial to the staff of Westminster City Council who gave their lives during the Great War.It’s located just off the main pavement and has a striking appearance that will make you want to take a look.If you look down, you’ll see the names of those the memorial is dedicated to, inscribed.It would be fantastic if the tips of the spears were replaced where they have been broken or vandalised, but it doesn’t detract from the overall artist memorial of this feature.
