Mothercare

We attended the expectant parent event today after visiting the store a couple of weeks ago. On our first visit Helen talked us through car seats and prams and was really helpful. She recommended the event so we could get some money off. The event included some useful talks about car seats and safe sleeping. All the staff were attentive and helpful. Helen S helped us to order our pram and car seat today. Would recommend the special events and visiting the store. Thanks again for the excellent service!

I had a brilliant experience today at Mothercare. A new staff member, Lisa, was super helpful and professional with a nursing bra fitting. A lady called Karen also assisted and was lovely and went above and beyond. While in there I asked if there were replacement foam handle covers I could buy for my Journey pram for my 5 week old daughter, as ours had ripped - instead I came out with a complete new chassis (sorted by Kirsty), all in a short space of time. The staff were really great. Thank you!

Excellent customer service yesterday evening. Really wish I would have taken the ladies' name who served us. Spent over an hour with us talking us through car seats and prams - extremely helpful.

I can not express my gratefulness to the staff in this store. The Patience the staff showed whilst I was in store choosing a travel system and there knowledge of how they all worked was fantastic. And then to the lady who served me at the till Zoe so friendly and thoughtful. I will most certainty be returning to this store in the future.

I went in today with the intention of buying a car seat and a pram and left with neither and no intention of ever buying from them again. No staff were in the car seat section, so I had to queue at main till to get hold of someone. When I eventually got to someone she shouted to another member of staff asking whether anyone was there, to which they abruptly replied yes there are two members of staff there, implying that I had just not looked hard enough. She went with me to the department and low and behold, no staff. She found them both in the back warehouse and when the right member of staff finally came out, she treated me with disdain - I must have taken her away from something very important in the back there. I got greeted with a yes?"

Very Rude Staff Member!!!!Whilst on the phone to my husband today he was shouted at and given unneeded attitude from a member of staff with the surname Mansell. I was shocked at how she had spoken to him and when the manager offered no apology I was disgusted. I understand they were busy but he was just doing his job delivering there was no need for him to be spoken to the way he was.

Ordered a car seat - to be delivered at the store so they could fit it for us. Car seat arrived a day early so we made the half hour journey over. When we arrived at 6.15, we collected it to be told they wouldn't install the seat because it was too dark". It wasn't dark when we arrived - but it was by the time we left over an hour later after trying to install the contraption. The staff were rude and no apology was offered that they couldnt install it. They didn't offer us a demo in the store or how to instal it and until they shut up shop

Great service over the last few weeks with all our purchases. Helen was and has been brilliant and very knowledgable, the staff couldn’t do enough for us whilst we have been researching what we need - Definitely recommend this store, we will be back soon!

Had amazing service from Helen and her staff at Mothercare Telford retail park on Thursday 26th September. Having travelled from home to the store with my premature baby’s head constantly falling forwards in his Cybex car seat and feeling incredibly stressed and anxious, Helen was able to advise me how to position him more appropriately and suggested using my seat without the isofix base so as he is more reclined whilst so small. I hadn’t even bought the car seat from Mothercare but the staff were incredibly supportive and reassured me no end. Fabulous service and staff, would thoroughly recommend them.
