DPD Pickup Parcelshop

The guy who works there has no customer service skills. From the moment i stepped foot in his shop, he did want to take my parcels. From his initial facial expression to telling me that he doesn't like his staff picking up big boxes, to then telling me that DPD doesn't collect on Mondays to finally telling me that he doesn't like boxes laying around until Tuesday evening. Excuse upon excuse. Advice - cancel this service that you provide because you don't fulfill your obligation. Pathetic.
